Q. What insurance do we accept?
A. All commercial HMO PPO POS policies such as: Wellcare (Healthease, Staywell Kids Care) Cigna, Tricare, Humana, Avmed, United, and Neighborhood just to name a few. We also accept Medicaid and Medicaid HMO's. This includes Aetna, Humana, Molina, Prestige, Simply Health, Sunshine and Wellcare.
Q. What if I don't have insurance?
A. Our friendly staff will assist you in signing up for Medicaid. We also have one of the most affordable payment plans.
Q. What if I don't have transportation?
A. We provide transportation services for all our members.
Q. What are the hours of operation?
A. We are open Monday -Friday 9am to 5pm at Jackson North Medical Office and our Plantation Office (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 9am-5pm, Thurs. closed). At Our Northside office we are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. We also have after hours assistance.
Q. What services are offered at the offices?
A. Regular Office visits, Laboratory work: Vision, Hearing , Tuberculosis, and Lead Screening. We also offer Pregnancy Testing and much more!
Q. What hospitals do the physicians have privileges at?
A. Miami Children's Hospital, North Shore Medical Center, Plantation General Hospital, Jackson North Medical Center.
Q. Who will see my newborn in the hospital?
A. Our physicians for the hospitals listed above.
Q. How many doctors do you have at your office?
A. We currently have two Doctors on staff and one Physician Assistants.
Q. Can I always see the physician I want?
Q. How long does it take to return telephone calls?
A. All phone calls are returned by our doctors before then end of the office day.

Q. Do you need an appointment for an emergency?
A. No. We have an open door policy so when ever you have an emergency, please come to our offices.
Q. How long does it take to get back to school or sports physical report done?
A. All reports are completed promptly and given back to you.
Q. What if I need a prescription refilled?
A. Once a request for a prescription refill is brought in, the doctor will review the members chart and fill the prescription as needed. The may ask you to come in before filling the prescription. Once the refill is made you may pick it up at your earliest convenience.
Q. What if my child needs to see a specialist?
A. Our friendly staff will assist you in setting up your appointments.

A. Yes. We also have Doctors and Physicians Assistants ready to serve you.
Q. If my child is sick, how soon will the doctor see him/her when I all for an appointment?
A. We will schedule your appointment promptly for the next available business day.
Q. Should my teenager have a physical each year?
Q. If my child sees a doctor or nurse practitioner that is not our regular doctor, will our insurance pay the medical bills?
