Dr. Rozalyn H. Paschal-Thomas is a highly qualified medical professional who joined our practice back in July 2009. With a strong educational background, she obtained her medical doctoral degree from the prestigious Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami in 2006. She then went on to complete her residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, excelling in her training of essential medical skills to become the remarkable doctor she is today. Dr. Paschal is an active member of two prominent organizations: Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as a member since 2009, and the Florida Medical Association, where she has been a member for over 12 years now. In addition to her extensive accomplishments, she commits to working full time with our practice and enjoys following the development of children within their families. With her profound medical knowledge and genuine care for her patients, she has undoubtedly become an epitome of excellence and expertise in the medical profession.

The late Dr. Rozalyn Paschal valued the relationship she had with all her patients and serviced the Miami area for years. Dr. Paschal received her medical doctoral degree from the University of Florida in 1975. She completed her residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

In 1977 she joined the practice of Dr. Dazelle Simpson, the first board-certified black pediatrician in Florida ; who began the practice in 1953. In 1995 she purchased this practice which is one of the oldest pediatric practices in South Florida. This marks over 60 years of childcare.
